Update here on the blog!

So, you might notice that the blog looks a little different now.  I just finished a major update on the coding for the blog, and am updating the colors, etc., to match our upcoming new website (woohoo!!).  So, it might look a bit strange at the moment because the colors are different (we’re moving from black to brown & sand as our accent colors), but everything will be matching up soon!

Also, we now have a few new features that are pretty nifty.  Notice that there is now a slide out bar on the left that shows my recent Twitter feeds (if you’re not already following me on Twitter, click here to join the insanity). Also, we now have a nice Contact form on the navigation menu, which is what prompted this change to begin with – I couldn’t get the contact form to work correctly with the old format.

I’m also excited about the slideshow and gallery options available on this new format of the blog, so keep an eye out for those to be put into use! Also, I’m undecided on bringing back the bio section, so that might be popping back up again!

Thanks so much for your patience while we made this change, and I’m sure I’ll be doing more tinkering to perfect the colors, links, and general functionality in the next few days. I hope you enjoy the new style!

Warmly,
Heather Mason

Carlee is 1 – Portrait

I can’t believe that Carlee is already a year old!  You might remember that I was there when she was born,  and it has been so much fun seeing her grow and photographing the different stages she’s gone through.  Her mother, Lindsey, and I decided to take advantage of the gorgeous spring weather and the cherry blossom trees blooming for her session.  I hope you enjoy seeing how baby Carlee has grown into a little girl!

I hope you all enjoyed the pictures! I love sessions like this…where we just go play in the park, and get some great images full of personality as a result!

Much love to all!
